Who We Are

Todd and Colleen Adams have been missionaries without borders since 2004, going where God calls, doing what God commands, reaching whom God chooses, that God may have the glory in our faithfulness and worship of Him with our lives, and in the transformations of hearts we touch, through the power of Jesus Christ. Our object: that our hearts, and those we counsel, would maximize their God-directed effectiveness in family life, in marriage, in church planting, and in church leadership relationships.

Pastor to Pastors

Pastors are called to pour out their lives in service to others, but who pours into them? Families of ministry leaders often bear unseen burdens that can strain their relationships and spiritual well-being. At Field and Hearth Project, we step into the gap, offering Christ’s love and practical care to those who dedicate their lives to serving Him.

Family Deep Work

The well-being of families is central to our mission. We provide family consultations and strategies, marriage enrichment resources, and life vision/planning mentoring.

Our Faith

We hold to the Apostles’ and Nicene Creeds as well as other summaries of orthodox doctrine of the historic Christian church. We believe that salvation is through faith in Jesus Christ alone, and that the Scriptures are sufficient as a rule for all of life’s issues. A complete Statement of Faith document is available upon request.

Our Support

Consultation services through Field and Hearth are provided free of charge to Christian leaders, unless otherwise arranged. Transportation and other costs for church ministry are typically covered by the hosting church. This ministry is supported by the donations of families and churches who share its ministry vision and goals.

Our Background

Todd S Adams is the director of Field and Hearth Project.

A graduate of Biola University and Fresno Pacific Biblical Seminary, Todd is an ordained pastor and missionary. He has assisted men and families in the US and abroad for over 30 years. Todd is a deeply trusted mentor to individuals desiring to maximize their lives for the glory of God.

Todd’s core calling is to guide people in deepening relationship with Jesus Christ. He travels frequently throughout Quebec and the United States, assisting church leadership, mentoring men and young men, and assisting couples and families to find their purpose in following God with heart, soul and mind, through the application of biblical principles.
